Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the Havre de Grace Graw Racetrack
 
The 2012 Graw Days Festival is a one day outdoor event held in the heart of downtown Havre de Grace.  Streets will be closed to traffic and the event should be a safe and great day full of fun and events for the entire family!  This year’s event will feature an Under the Stars event in the evening with dancing.  Some vendors may choose to stay open into the evening.

The Festival celebrates our town’s horse racing history from the Roaring Twenties through the Forties, with multiple live music entertainers, costumed entertainment, an open air food court, Speakeasy with selected wines and local brews, carriage rides, pony rides, street performers, historic and educational lectures and displays, raffles, artists, artisans, and crafters, as well as an antique and vintage car show.  We will also have a special area just for children with games, hands-on crafts and contests for children.  The daytime events run from 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.

Participant Application

  1. Only handcrafted items by the participating individual/organization will be accepted.  Please provide at least 3 photographs for jurying committee.
  2. Vendors may reserve one or more 10’ x 10’ booth spaces at $65 per space ($50 for nonprofits)
  3. Exhibitors must bring their own canopies, tables, chairs, and other items, as desired.  Also, in case of windy conditions, bring sand bags to secure tent poles.
  4. Set-up will begin at 6:30 am on the day of the festival; booth openings should face the center of the street, with the back of the booth up against the curb.  Tear-down will be from 6:30  pm to 7:30 pm
  5. This is a rain or shine event!
  6. In the event of exhibitor failure to show, no refund will be issued.
  7. You will be notified later of where to park and the exact location of your booth(s).
  8. A vendor whose goods or services were misrepresented prior to the event will be asked to leave (no refund).
  9. At least one week prior to the event, vendor is to supply (via email scan) a copy of its Declarations of Public Liability Insurance covering loss of at least $300,000 per occurrence. 
  10. The Deadline to reserve a space is October 1, 2012.
